These terms govern your use of Atesto. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Atesto is a contact-sharing app. You create a contact card with information you choose to share, and you decide who gets access to it. Other people can do the same. Atesto does not read, upload, or process the contacts already on your device.
You own the information you put on your contact card. By adding it to Atesto, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver it — specifically, to send your card to people you choose to share with. We do not use your contact information for any other purpose.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on your card. Do not add contact information that belongs to someone else.

Atesto has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. If you receive a share that violates these terms, you can report it directly from the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you share your contact card, you are giving the recipient a live connection to your contact information — they always see the current version of your card, including any updates you make. Recipients are responsible for how they use that information. You can revoke a share or update your card at any time. You cannot control copies a recipient may have already made (for example, via vCard export).
We aim to keep Atesto running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes where possible.
Atesto is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the service, including its fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Akwatri LLC and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Atesto will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
